1 pkg. (large) sugar cookie dough
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 jar preserves, peach
1 can cherry pie filling
Mandarin oranges, drained

Spread cookie dough out on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 25 degrees higher than package says. Bake until brown. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cookie dough. Layer fruit, starting with the outside and work towards the middle. Start with cherries on the outside and in the center. Glaze with preserves. Chill.
