FRESH MUSHROOM TOSSED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 bunch romaine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, washed, trimmed, sliced
3/4 c. veggie dressing

Tear lettuce and romaine into bite size pieces. Combine with mushrooms. Just before serving, toss with dressing.

VEGGIE DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Shake all ingredients well in a tightly covered jar. Keep covered in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
