FRESH MUSHROOM TOSSED SALAD 
head lettuce
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed, trimmed and sliced
Garden Dew dressing

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces; combine with mushrooms. Just before serving, toss with Garden Dew dressing. Serve in bowl lined with Romaine leave. (Leaf lettuce makes a pretty salad.)

GARDEN DEW DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Monosadium Glutamate
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Shake all ingredients well in tightly covered jar. Keep covered in refrigerator. Shake well before using. Makes 1 cup dressing.
