STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices of bread (no crust), cubed

Place 1/2 of bread cubes in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish or baking pan. Cube 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese. Layer on top of bread in pan. Add the rest of cubed bread. Beat together: 1/3 c. maple syrup 2 c. milk

Pour on top and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and use more maple syrup on top.

Great to make ahead the night before and cover with saran wrap and keep refrigerated until morning. I like to use it on Christmas morning.
