STUFFED PEPPERS 
6-8 lg. bell peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. corn
1 tsp. salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook whole peppers. Brown hamburger with chopped pepper, onion, and seasonings. Cook with rice and corn. Put cheese in bottom of pepper. Add meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
