CRUNCHY CRISP COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. quick oats 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips 2 c. chow mein noodles Beat butter and sugars until creamy and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and noodles. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 28 cookies. |
