QUICK HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 4-5 med. potatoes, peeled 3/4 c. milk 1 can cream of celery soup 2 tbsp. onion, diced Salt and pepper Slice potatoes thinly into bottom of casserole. Put the hamburger on top of potatoes; add onions. Spread soup on top. Clean can with milk and pour over casserole. Lightly salt and pepper. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees or until potatoes are tender. |
