CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers
4 tbsp. chicken fat
2 onions, diced
3 hard cooked egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper

Heat fat and brown onions. Remove onions and cook livers in same fat for 10 minutes. Chop onions, livers and egg yolks. Be sure mixture is smooth. (You can use a food processor). Add salt, pepper and remaining fat.
