SKIER'S EGGS (FOR 2 PEOPLE) 
4 eggs
1/4 - 1/3 c. milk
Pinch of parsley
Grated cheddar cheese
Sundried tomatoes

Boil water in pot. Turn off heat and place tomatoes in water for about 3 minutes, until soft. Cut up tomatoes in small pieces. Beat together eggs and milk. Place egg mixture in greased skillet. Add tomato pieces, cheese and parsley. Scramble until done.
