STUFFING (FOR 100 PEOPLE) 
10 c. onions
14 c. celery
5 lbs. butter
8 loaves of bread
Dry parsley
Pepper
Sage
Chicken broth

Break bread and toast it in oven until golden brown. Cook onions, celery, butter together until vegetables are tender. Mix together. Add seasonings according to your taste. Add broth until moist. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees in roaster.
