HANNAH'S BONE STRENGTHENING
VEGGIE BROTH
 
This is a healthy and delicious recipe that even kids will enjoy.

1 head cabbage, shredded
sprigs of parsley
5 dandelion leaves, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 large pot filled with water

In a large pot boil the cabbage, parsley, dandelion, and garlic for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables. Boil for 30 more minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
