HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 can sliced water chestnuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in well-greased casserole or individual gratin dishes. Sprinkle with cheese, then chips. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve hot. Freezes well. Serves 4 to 6.
