HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES | |
2 c. flour 2 well beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cold water added to eggs 1 tsp. baking powder You may use self - rising flour and omit the salt and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Mix well. Form a ball and roll out very thinly. Place in the sun to dry. Slice thinly. Cook in boiling water or broth for 15 minutes. |
