HOMEMADE CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
Chicken:

1 whole chicken, cut in quarters and skinned
1 can chicken broth
seasoning to taste

Place chicken, broth and seasoning in large pot and fill with water. Place on medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes then lower heat and simmer until chicken comes off the bone. Remove bones. Bring back to boil and add noodles. Cook about 10 minutes until noodles are cooked.

Homemade Noodles:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface and let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8-inch wide. Spread out and dry 2 hours.
