DROP-OFF NOODLES 
1 c. mashed potatoes (boil, drain, mash)
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric
Flour

Mix all ingredients, adding only enough flour to have mixture soft and sticky. Place small amount on small board or on large spoon, knock off into boiling water using knife or smaller spoon. After cooked, using slotted spoon lift out into pan of cold water. Drain, rinse gently with cold faucet water.

Note: These noodles can be used for any kind of soups or stew and also for cabbage and noodles.
