TURKEY SALAD 
4 c. turkey, cooked and diced
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
3/4 c. pecan pieces

Combine turkey, celery and lemon juice; chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes, pecans and dressing. Serves 8.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
