CRUMB CAKE 
CAKE:

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 sticks butter

Blend cake ingredients at low speed for 30 seconds; then at medium speed for 4 minutes. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Meanwhile, prepare topping. Melt butter; mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla with melted butter. Place all of the crumbs on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes longer.
