“RAISIN COOKIES” IS IN:

RAISIN COOKIES 
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 lb. raisins
3 1/2 cups flour

In a food processor or food chopper, grind raisins until fine.

Then mix the remaining ingredients in the order given.

Drop by the teaspoonful onto a parchment lined or silicone baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each to allow the cookies to spread into large flat cookies.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12-15 minutes.
