3 c. sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 1 c. water 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans Boil water, syrup, and sugar until mixture threads to long lengths. Remove from heat and into stiffly beaten egg whites. Beat until cool. Add nuts. Beat until it begins to set. Quickly drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. |
