STRAWBERRY YOGURT MEDLEY SALAD 
To keep banana slices looking their best in this salad, dip them in ascorbic acid color keeper or lemon juice before chilling.

2 c. fresh strawberries, halved
2 med. oranges, peeled & sectioned
2 med. bananas, sliced
1/2 c. strawberry yogurt
1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine strawberries, oranges, sections and bananas; chill. Remember dip your bananas. Stir yogurt into cream cheese, mix in sugar and arrange fruit in compote. Spoon on yogurt mixture or stir topping into fruit and serve in lettuce cups. Serves 4 to 6.
