SPINACH DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. Stouffers Spinach Souffle
1 pkg. plain chopped spinach
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, sliced fine
1 lb. sliced mushrooms

Let all spinach defrost. Melt butter in pan 8x11. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook on top of stove. After onions and mushrooms have cooked, add spinach and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
