1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. sugar 1 c. ground nuts 1 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar and vanilla. Mix in nuts and flour. Work with hands, form into balls, size of walnuts. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees (slow oven) for 18 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar and while warm and again when cool. Makes 18 to 20 cookies. Freezes well. |
