2 lb. green seedless grapes 1 c. sour cream Brown sugar for garnish Fresh mint for garnish Destem, wash and dry green grapes. Mix grapes with sour cream. Put grapes in individual champagne glasses and sprinkle with brown sugar. Top with sprig of mint and serve immediately. Good as a first course or a light dessert. |
