2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into greased mini muffin pans, filling 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield 4 dozen.
