SPINACH CASSEROLE 
8 pkgs. frozen leaf spinach
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1-2 sticks butter
Italian bread crumbs

Drain 4 package of frozen spinach. Place in large casserole dish.

Blend cream cheese and butter together over the layer of spinach. Work in Italian bread crumbs. Place remaining packages of spinach on top of cream cheese mixture.

Heat at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes until casserole heats thoroughly all through. Remove from oven and let stand to blend ingredients.
