SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper; drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 1 hour. Add a little water if it gets too thick. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and about 1 teaspoon sugar before cooking for 1 hour. Season to your taste.
