JEROMES SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans tomato sauce (Hunts)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 (6 oz.) can B & B mushrooms
Garlic toe, optional
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 to 2 tsp. sugar
1/2 onions, diced wafer thin
Season to taste with oregano and Italian seasoning spice

Brown ground chuck in pan on top stove (drain grease) mix ingredients in Dutch oven or crock pot. Simmer, let stand 15 minutes with lid on. (Heat must be maintained). Stir occasionally, use wooden spoon. Cook for 1 hour.
