LUNCHEON TOSTADA SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 can (14 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 avocado, cut into thin slices
1 pkg. (6 1/4 oz.) tortilla chips
1 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c Lawry's thousand Island dressing

Brown ground beef; drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix, water, seasoned salt and beans. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes. Reserve some of the tomato wedges, avocado slices and tortilla chips for use as a garnish. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add the ground beef mixture and lightly toss all of the ingredients. Garnish with the reserved tomatoes, avocado and tortilla chips. This salad is best served immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
