STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 baked pastry shell
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
1 can 914 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c. Realemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 pkg. (16 oz.) prepared strawberry glaze, chilled

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Realemon and vanilla. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Refrigerate. Makes one 9 inch pie.
