STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello mix
Cut strawberries
1 pie shell, baked

Cook water, sugar, Karo syrup and cornstarch on medium heat until thick. Take off burner and add 2 heaping tbsp. strawberry Jello. Cool to room temperature.

Pour half mixture in pie shell. Then add cut strawberries. Then add other half of mixture. Cool in refrigerator. Top with whipping cream.
