COLE SLAW 
1/2 lg. cabbage, shredded
1-2 carrots, grated or shredded
1/2 onion, grated or chopped
Caraway seeds to taste (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper to taste

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 or 3 hours.
