STAKKI UPPI 
All items in separate dishes, number and pass accordingly:

1. Rice (hot)
2. Tomatoes, sliced thin
3. Celery, chopped
4. Mushrooms
5. Green peppers, chopped
6. Onions, chopped
7. Pineapple (1 lg. can, crushed)
8. Water chestnuts (1 can sliced)
9. Chow mein noodles
10. Chicken gravy
11. Coconuts (1 c. toasted)
12. Almonds (1 c. toasted)
13. 3 hard-boiled eggs
14. Parsley
15. Soy sauce

Saffron rice sauteed with onions. Make chicken broth with chicken bouillon cubes, thicken with flour. Add 1 cup cream of chicken soup. Add seasoning. Make 15 layers.
