EASY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. water
Salt to taste
1 (2 lb.) can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
Bay leaf

Saute onion, add beef and lightly brown. Add chili powder, flour, water and salt. Add kidney beans, soup and bay leaf. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally about 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with crackers.
