HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. pineapple, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 sm. can water chestnuts, slices
1 sm. can bamboo shoots
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. Chinese noodles

Heat chicken and pineapple in casserole at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add mayonnaise and heat 5 minutes more. Stir in remaining ingredients. Top with Chinese noodles and toasted almonds. Heat 5 minutes and serve hot. Serves 6.
