CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. diced, cooked chicken 1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. green onions 1 c. low calorie mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles Mix chicken with pineapple, olives, oranges, celery and onion. Mix mayonnaise and mustard then mix with chicken mixture. Allow to sit at least 6 hours or overnight. Before serving, mix in noodles. |
