SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, roughly chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
