GLORIFIED ZUCCHINI 
The best wine is the one that is on hand!

4 to 5 med. zucchini, sliced 1-inch thick
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. French wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese

Parboil zucchini. Drain. Place slices of zucchini in single layer in buttered 9x11-inch baking dish.

In saucepan brown onion in butter. Stir in flour. Add wine and soup. Mix well. Pour over zucchini. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Variation: Green beans may be substituted for the zucchini.
