RIOS' SPAGHETTI SPECIAL 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. hot (optional) Italian sausage
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 1/2 oz. can mushrooms
Spaghetti
Butter-butter
1 med. onion

Brown hamburger and sausage with onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring then simmer for 30 minutes. Cook desired amount of spaghetti in salted water. Drain. Add butter and garlic powder (generous amounts).
