CRAB DIP 
2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat (quality grade)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar capers
1 c. mayonnaise (not low cal)
1 sm. onion
Sharp cheddar cheese

Dice onion. Mix onion with drained crabmeat, capers, and mayonnaise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Shred enough cheddar cheese to cover the mixture. Spread cheese over top of crabmeat mixture and return to oven. Melt cheese. Dip with your favorite cracker. (I prefer Triscuits.)
