1 jar dill pickles
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Drain juice from jar of dill pickles. Rinse and cut pickles into slices and return to jar. Boil sugar and vinegar. Add a little green food coloring. Pour this hot mixture over pickles and let stand until cool. Store in refrigerator.
