SOUTHERN PRALINES 
1 lb. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
1-2 c. pecan halves

Mix brown sugar and cream together. Microwave on HIGH for 11-13 minutes or until "soft ball" stage, stirring 1/2 way through. Add butter and pecan halves. Microwave 2 more minutes. Drop by spoonfuls onto Saran Wrap. Serve when cool. Makes 35-50 pralines.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
