HAM AND CABBAGE 
1 c. ground cooked ham
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. hot milk
1/4 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. flour

Cook cabbage 5 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain, arrange half cabbage in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle flour over cabbage. Add layer of ham and cover with remaining cabbage. Drizzle milk over the mixture and top with cheese. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove cover and brown for 5 more minutes. Serves 4.
