DANISH ALMOND CAKE | |
2 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. melted butter 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2/3 of a 1 oz. bottle of almond extract Combine eggs and sugar; mix for 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Mix at a low to medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into a foil lined pan (10 x 13 1/2). Sprinkle with sugar and slivered almonds. Bake 20 minutes. |
