FUDGE RING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnut halves

Melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Stir occasionally until chips melt and mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat; add chopped walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Chill for about 1 hour until mixture thickens.

Line the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan with a 12 inch square of foil. Place 3/4 cup walnut halves in bottom of pan, forming a 2 inch wide flat ring.

Spoon chocolate mixture in small mounds on top of nuts to form a ring. Decorate with remaining nuts. Add candied cherries to decorate if desired. Chill in refrigerator until firm enough to slice.
