MINCEMEAT FINGERS (LOAF) | |
3 eggs 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. mincemeat 1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Sift remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Test with toothpick. Note: No shortening in this recipe. |
