FRANKFURTER HASH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced potatoes
2 peppers, sliced thin
8 franks, cut small
4 tbsp. water

Heat butter. Add the onions and saute for 10 minutes. Add potatoes, green peppers and franks. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add water. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
