SWEET 'N SOUR GREEN BEANS 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices lemon, finely chopped
4 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
Lemon slices
2 tsp. brown sugar

In a large skillet melt butter; add celery and chopped lemon and cook over medium heat until celery is crisp-tender. Add sugar, garlic powder, and pepper; mix well.
