SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. fat
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
6 pork chops, loin or shoulder

Mix ginger, salt, pepper, paprika, and flour together. Coat both sides of meat in dry mixture. Brown in hot fat. Pour in pineapple juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with sugar.

Cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until tender.
