3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping mix.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. plain flour
1/3 stick butter, melted
