3 or 4 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Pinch of cinnamon
Pie crust, unbaked

Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and discard any hard spots. Mash potatoes. Mix sugar, milk, vanilla flavoring, cinnamon and sweet potatoes. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake pie at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
